I’ve recently created and recorded a talk, an expanded edition of a blog post I wrote several years ago called “How to Heal Emotional Pain” but this time it comes with some extra insights and an easy guided meditation.
The meditation is a quick practice for listeners to enquire and self heal any emotional pain they will have using breathing and awareness. It is not designed to be a thorough investigation and clear out, but a way for listeners to return time and time again and to feel safe to re-experience and heal their pain – and to provide a basic framework in future, so listeners can heal and soothe any kind of emotional distress as in when it comes up.
